The Jólasveinarnir (Yule Lads) start arriving in town on the morning of December 12th. Remember to place a shoe on your virtual windowsill before that, as they will leave a small cyber-gift for children who have been good, a small toy or fruit, for example, and those children who have been naughty will receive something they will not like very much. Each day I’ll present the next Yule Lad associated with that day.

Thank you Alica! I’m happy that you were able to find the information needed for the prize. Are you at a school with an assignment?
Stay tuned because each day until Christmas there is a new Yule Lad that will appear.
I knew this post seemed familiar… ha ha. Nice repeat though – always in vogue those Yule Lads
hehe, post reordering.
After seeing the lava fields, geo fields, mountains, slopes, and tiny tree stands I can almost see the little buggers. I can understand why these myths came to be.
