The April that ain’t. A Shift to the right

No no, not a shift or lean to the politically right. The climate seasons have seemingly shifted by one month later. December ’06 was wimpy and warm, April ’07 is windy, wet, and cold. I expect a snow and cold snap but this year it’s bam bam bam. The month isn’t over yet.
